Who do you want to be? - Week Nine

After reading and watching the video this week the question that comes to mind is, "Who do you want to be?". There were many different suggestions and ideas of why people are great, how to make people great and how this will effect the world.

Guy Kawasaki talks about being someone to trust. That seems so simple and basic but when I really think about it, it really is a rare and special thing that happens. We live in a world where people I think live a lot in the gray area. We become jaded in what being honest and trustworthy means, we justify and reason with ourselves to the point where we loose sight of the truth sometimes. In every aspect of our lives we must learn to always be honest in our dealings not matter what.

Carly Fiorina makes many great points and one that stuck out to me was about asking questions and then listening to the answer. That criticism is an opportunity. How great would the world and our own personal lives be if we looked at life more like that, asked the right questions and listened to the answer. Then take it one more step and not become offered and make the situation better. Learn from what you are being told and do better.
